Steam and Infrared Sauna
STEAM SAUNA – BENEFITS
Apart from detoxification, steam-bath treatments bring countless benefits, including:

Steam sauna (the so-called Roman bath) has humidity of up to 100% but a lower temperature: 40–50°C. Each sauna session should last about 5–15 minutes, and the total time should not exceed 30 minutes per day, e.g. 2 x 15 min or 3 x 10 min.

The properties of the sauna mean that regular heat baths can have a very beneficial effect on our health.
Using the sauna:

Infrared sauna (dry), i.e. the so-called infrared sauna, is excellent for people who cannot use a traditional dry or wet sauna. The temperature required to achieve positive changes in the human body in an infrared sauna is 35–45°C.
