Dr. med. Małgorzata Karaś (Univ.
medical rehabilitation specialist, regenerative medicine and aesthetic medicine
Doctor Małgorzata Karaś graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw, Faculty of Medicine II, in 2008.
After graduation, she spent over 10 years at one of the oldest rehabilitation clinics in Germany, with a history of over 200 years, in Bad Doberan, learning from Dr. Peter Kupatz, one of the first musculoskeletal ultrasonographers in the world. Additionally, she completed internships at the University Hospital in Winnipeg, Canada, and Klinikum Passau in Germany.
While at the clinic, she completed a manual medicine course for physicians, neural therapy training, and earned the title of specialist in medical rehabilitation. She also specializes in diagnosing and treating scoliosis and posture defects in children. She has participated multiple times in congresses of both the German (DGPRM) and International (ISPRM) Societies of Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine.
In 2017, she obtained her PhD in medical sciences from the University of Rostock.
In recent years, she has attended numerous trainings and conferences on regenerative medicine in pain therapy, as well as postgraduate studies in aesthetic medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw.
Dr. Paweł Karaś

Paweł Karaś, imaging diagnostics specialist, graduated from the First Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Warsaw, 2007. Member of the Polish, German, Swedish, and Danish Medical Chambers. Specialized in Germany (2015) after 10+ years in multidisciplinary hospitals and clinics. Focuses on the musculoskeletal system; certified ultrasonographer by the German Medical Chamber. Long-time member of ESR, ESSR, and DGMSR. Completed numerous ultrasound and MRI courses across Europe and worldwide, including University of Leicester (UK) and Washington (USA).
His time in Scandinavia enhanced his emergency imaging diagnostics skills; he currently works as a radiologist in the emergency department. Specializes in ultrasound-guided injection therapy for joint and spine pain relief.
Dr. Krzysztof Bajszczak
specialist in orthopedics and traumatology, specialist in balneology and physical medicine
Graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Medical Academy in Warsaw. Licensed to practice in Poland, Norway, Denmark, and Spain. Fluent in English, Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, French, and Russian. Gained professional experience in orthopedic surgery centers locally and abroad. Specializes in upper limb procedures, especially the hand. Performs arthroscopic and reconstructive hand surgeries. Continuously expands knowledge by attending numerous symposia, courses, and trainings nationally and internationally, including in England, Italy, Denmark, Spain, Germany, France, and South Africa.
