Are you preparing for a rehabilitation stay at our facility?

To ensure your trip to Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowe Augustów Medical SPA is comfortable, we have prepared a complete guide for you.

Below you will find the most important information about arrival, accommodation and what to bring with you.

At our facility, we ensure that the admission process is smooth and professional. Please remember the following rules:

Arrival date: Please arrive on the date indicated on your referral. The treatment stay at our sanatorium begins with lunch.
Admission hours: On the day of arrival, we welcome you from 8:00.
Possibility of early arrival: If you plan to arrive a day earlier, this is possible with advance notice. The cost of an additional night is 20 zł (breakfast in the NFZ dining room is included).
Room allocation rules: Rooms are assigned by reception on the day of arrival. We do not accept advance reservations for specific rooms. All rooms for NFZ patients are double rooms. Married couples are, of course, accommodated together.

Treatment facilities: All treatments take place in Building B, which is directly connected to the residential building (Building A), allowing convenient movement without going outside.
Getting here: The most convenient way to reach our sanatorium from the bus and train stations is by public transport (bus line 1 or 2) or taxi.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your treatment stay, please promptly return the referral to the referring institution (NFZ). Please note that, under the regulations, transferring a referral to another person is strictly prohibited.
Regulations: Every patient is required to comply with the sanatorium regulations.
