INJECTION THERAPY WITH MEDICAL COLLAGEN

is a treatment method used to support tissue regeneration and reconstruction, utilising the properties of collagen – the body’s main structural protein. Medical collagen, most often administered by injection, stimulates the body’s natural repair processes, helping improve the elasticity and strength of damaged tissues. This therapy is used to treat various painful conditions, particularly in orthopaedics and sports medicine, for treating tendon and joint injuries, as well as alleviating pain associated with degenerative diseases. By supplying the body with collagen, a natural building block, this therapy supports tissue reconstruction, relieving pain and accelerating healing.

HYALURONIC ACID INJECTION PAIN THERAPY - Hyaluronic acid therapy

is a treatment method that uses the properties of hyaluronic acid – a substance naturally occurring in the body that plays a key role in tissue hydration, elasticity and regeneration. In pain therapy, particularly around the joints, hyaluronic acid injections are used to alleviate pain, improve mobility and inhibit degenerative processes. This treatment is often recommended for patients suffering from osteoarthritis, especially of the knee, where the natural concentration of hyaluronic acid is reduced.

PLATELET-RICH PLASMA THERAPY

also known as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), is an innovative treatment method using the patient’s concentrated platelets, which are a source of growth factors and other bioactive substances supporting tissue regeneration. The procedure involves drawing a small amount of the patient’s blood, separating the platelet-rich plasma and injecting it into the site affected by injury or chronic pain. PRP therapy is used to treat various conditions, including sports injuries, tendon and joint damage, and chronic pain.

We offer advanced minimally invasive procedures that often help avoid traditional surgery:

Barbotage: This minimally invasive procedure involves puncturing, breaking up and flushing out calcium deposits from tendons, most often in the shoulder joint. The procedure is performed under ultrasound guidance and local anaesthesia. It helps reduce pain and improve shoulder mobility, especially in people with painful tendinitis. The procedure accelerates healing and often helps avoid surgery.

Hydrodissection / nerve hydrodecompression (e.g. in carpal tunnel syndrome)
The procedure involves injecting a special fluid around the nerve to gently separate it from surrounding tissues, reduce pressure and inflammation, and promote nerve regeneration. This reduces symptoms such as pain and numbness. The method is used for various nerve compression syndromes, most commonly carpal tunnel syndrome. The procedure is performed under ultrasound guidance and often provides an alternative to surgery.

Shoulder hydrodilatation (treatment of frozen shoulder and restricted shoulder movement)
Fluid is injected into the shoulder joint to stretch and relax the contracted joint capsule, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. This is especially helpful for patients with frozen shoulder and significantly restricted joint movement. The procedure is ultrasound-guided and usually combined with local anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory medication.
