2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing hotel services, pursuing and defending claims, fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator (tax, accounting, and legal obligations).
3. Additionally, the administrator processes your personal data in the form of data from monitoring in order to ensure the safety of people and property in the monitored area.
4. The legal basis for processing personal data is the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), for processing data in the scope of fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator the basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, and for data from monitoring the legitimate interest of the personal data administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Furthermore, your personal data will be processed in the legitimate interest, i.e., informing about new services of the Administrator, for marketing purposes, conducting research and analysis of sales and service quality based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Your personal data may be transferred to law firms, courier companies, postal operators, security companies, IT solution providers.
7. You have the right to:
   1. request from the administrator access to your personal data;
   2. rectify personal data;
   3. delete personal data;
   4. restrict the processing of personal data;
   5. object to processing;
   6. data portability;
   7. file a complaint to the supervisory authority;
8. Personal data will be processed until the limitation period of claims under the contract binding us or until the expiry of the obligation periods resulting from the applicable laws.
9. Monitoring data will be stored for 14 days.
10. Providing personal data is voluntary. However, without providing this data, hotel services cannot be provided.
