  2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing hotel services, pursuing and defending claims, fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator (tax, accounting, and legal).
  3. Additionally, the administrator processes your personal data in the form of monitoring data to ensure the safety of people and property in the monitored area.
  4. The legal basis for processing personal data is a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), for processing data to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the Administrator it is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, and for monitoring data the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  5. Furthermore, your personal data will be processed based on the legitimate interest, i.e., informing you about new services of the Administrator, for marketing purposes, conducting research and sales and service quality analyses under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
