I've visited many sanatoriums, both private and public under the National Health Fund. This is my several visit here. Everything is fantastic. The sanatorium offers many treatments, plus a pool with hydromassage, saunas, and exercise rooms. All staff, from doctors to cleaners, are kind and always ready to help. Food is like from top restaurants. Beautiful surroundings, peace, and quiet. I highly recommend Augustów. Here you heal, rest, and there's no place for stress. Greetings to the ENTIRE STAFF. Today marks the end of my - yet another - stay at this place. I know I will return again. How to describe the pleasure of swimming in a pool with three glass walls, allowing a view of the winter forest scenery? And how to convey the excellent taste of the lemon sauce chicken served to us on the first evening? The spa area, where we spent most of our time, offers excellent treatments. We were so satisfied with the service level that we bought extra massages today, just before leaving. We will return home rested and relaxed.

Clean, attractive property with very friendly staff. Spa area is beautiful; pool and saunas are excellent! New Year's Eve was top-tier, with excellent food and a classy party. Breakfasts are abundant and exquisite. Beautiful surroundings: lake, bike paths, and trails. We’ll definitely return in summer.
What I saw exceeded all my expectations.
This is my first stay at the Augustów Health Resort, but I already know it won’t be my last. I found the Christmas offer by chance online — the photos looked beautiful, but what I saw on-site exceeded all my expectations. I was enchanted by the picturesque location by the lake, the cozy, spacious, and well-equipped rooms, as well as the wonderful pool and spa area where I could truly relax and forget everyday worries. However, the greatest treasure of this place is the people. The warm, kind, and always smiling staff made me feel special and cared for. Every request was met with kindness and heartfelt dedication. Thanks to them, this stay will remain in my heart for a long time, and I will happily return.

Jednym słowem cudowne miejsce na urlop

Pokój komfortowy, z własną łazienka, balkonem, sprzatane minimum 1-2 raz w tyg przez przesympatyczne panie pokojowe. Jedzenie przepyszne, zwłaszcza babka ziemniaczana, ciasta dostępne w kawiarni niebo w "gębie". Z racji tego, że był to pobyt rehabilitacyjny wielki ukłon i podziękowania dla pań fizjoterapeutek, za wspaniałą i fachową opiekę i pomoc, panie które ciągle się uśmiechają, zawsze powiedzą miłe słowo, zmotywują do działania a i jak trzeba to porządnie przećwiczą. Pani w rejetracji na 1 piętrze - uśmiech nie schodzi jej z buzi zawszę chętnie pogada, pośmieje się z kuracjuszami i pomoże do tego. Recepcja również uśmiechnięta i życzliwa i pomocna w udzielniu wskazówek co warto zobaczyć i jak dostac się na miasto.
