A steam sauna (the so-called Roman bath) is a sauna with the humidity of up to 100% but a lower temperature of 40-50° C. A single entrance to the sauna should last approximately 5 to 15 minutes, and the total time should not exceed 30 minutes per day, for instance 2 x 15 min or 3 x 10 min.
An infrared sauna is perfect for individuals who cannot use the traditional dry or wet sauna. The temperature required to achieve positive changes to the human body in the infrared sauna is 35-45 degrees Celsius.
