Opłata uzdrowiskowa w wysokości 4,20 zł dziennie od osoby dorosłej nie jest wliczona w cenę pobytu.

Children policy

Children up to 4 years of age - free of charge, if sleeping with parents or in a child bed. Children between 5 and 14 years old - 50% of the adult price.

Animal policy

Pets are not allowed in Comfort Augustów Medical SPA rooms. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of PLN 40 / day in Augustów Medical SPA apartments.

Cancellation terms

Any cancellation of the stay should be submitted in writing within the above deadlines (receipt to the organizer). In case of cancellation of stay within: a/ shorter than 35 days, but not shorter than 15 days before the start of the stay - the advance payment is refundable after deducting 50% of the advance payment amount. b/ less than 15 days, but not less than 8 days before the start of the stay - the advance payment is refundable after deducting 75% of the advance payment amount. c/ less than 8 days before the start of the stay - the advance payment is non-refundable. d/ the fee for unused services is not refunded. The spa fee is PLN 6.00 / day / person in accordance with the resolution of the Augustów City Council.
